Along with Qualcomm’s announcement, the Global Investors Meet saw officials from Tamil Nadu and Tata Electronics anticipate the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The decision to expand the plant signifies the increasing emphasis on manufacturing capabilities within the state.
