On Thursday, August 8, Radisson Hotel Group announced the signing of a new hotel named ‘Park Inn’ in Chennai’s East Coast Road. This will be the debut of the Park Inn by Radisson brand in Chennai. This hotel will be developed in partnership with Chanda Hotels Pvt Ltd.
The 100 key Park Inn, is set to open in the second quarter of 2028. Additionally, Radisson Hotel Group categorizes this upcoming hotel as an upper-mid scale offering. This signing marks their fourth hotel in Chennai, complementing existing brands like Radisson Blu and Park Plaza.

It is a key milestone in the group’s ongoing growth in South India, said Davashish Srivastava, Senior Director Development South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group. Currently, the Group operates seven hotels and resorts in Tamil Nadu. They do so under various brands, including Radisson Blu, Radisson, and Park Plaza. The addition of Park Inn will further enhance their portfolio in the region.
