The Project Site is divided into 2 parts named Part A and Part B where Part A is situated along Konnur High Road and Part B along Duncan Road of Railway in Ayanavaram Railway Colony, Chennai.
The land area of Part A is spread around 2.5 acres while that of Part B is spread on a land measuring 2.5 acres as well. The Ayanavaram site is situated in Chennai Division of Southern Railway and is surrounded by Residential/Commercial areas within the Vicinity.
The Site enjoys very good connectivity to different parts of the city and is accessible to the Market, Hospital, Railway Station and Ayanavaram Bus Stand.
