Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation Ltd has proposed to develop a Multi Storey Residential Apartment Project under the “1 Lakh Multi-Storey Bengaluru Housing Programme”.
The project which would be coming up at Pillahalli Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore and is spread over an area of 5.37 acres having a development potential of approximately 353,997 sq. ft. of built up area.
It envisages the development of 3 towers with about 12 upper floors in each tower. Altogether, the project would consist of around 611 residential apartment units.
The nearest railway station is the Yeshwanthpura railway station which is located at a distance of 24 Km from the project site while the Kempegowda International Airport is at a distance of 40 km from the project site.
