The land has excellent development potential here, given its closeness to residential areas and educational institutions. Additionally, its proximity to the proposed Visakhapatnam Metro Rail Project’s Steel Plant Junction to the Kommadi Corridor on NH-16 promises superb connectivity to other parts of the city. This prime location is envisioned by RLDA Visakhapatnam as fostering a vibrant, well-connected community.
