Sangam Hotels unveils 400 INR-Crore expansion plan

Sangu Chakra Hotels Pvt Ltd, popularly known as Sangam Hotels, has unveiled bold plans to double its room inventory within the next 4–5 years in Tamil Nadu. The group will invest an estimated 400 INR-Crore in developing properties across Tiruchi, Rameshwaram, and Chennai. 

In Tiruchi, Sangam Hotels is set to open a 125-room hotel in the city’s bustling downtown. Land registration is scheduled for February, and construction will begin shortly after. The project aims for completion in just two and a half years, promising modern amenities and unparalleled guest experiences.

Meanwhile, in Rameshwaram, Sangam Hotels is developing a luxurious 130-room beachfront property spread over an anticipated 30 Acres of land parcel. The project focuses on elevating the pilgrimage hub into a leisure hotspot. In South Chennai, the company also plans a premium business hotel designed for corporate travelers. With the land acquisition process nearing finalization, construction is expected to commence soon.
