Signature Global awards 320 INR-Crore contract to ACC India for its Luxury Residential Project, ‘Twin Towers DXP’ in Gurugram

Signature Global, a prominent Gurugram-based real estate developer, has appointed ACC India Pvt Ltd for Civil, Structure, and Part MEP work. This is for its latest residential project, ‘Twin Towers DXP’, in Sector 84, Gurugram. 

The contract is valued at an estimated 320 INR-Crore highlighting Signature Global’s commitment to delivering top-notch real estate projects. Spanning approximately 4.5 Acres, Twin Towers DXP will reflect architectural brilliance. Located along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway the project includes all Towers, Basements, and Ancillary Buildings. The contract outlines a 27-month completion period, starting from the commencement of work. An additional 3 months are allocated for the final handover.
