Simpliwork Offices, a Bengaluru-based flex space operator, has leased 2,30,945 sq ft office space at Sky One Corporate Park, a commercial project by Lunkad Realty, in Pune.
JLL, a real estate consultancy firm, held enabled the transaction, the company said in a media release. Simpliwork aims to accommodate approximately 2,500 employees at the centre.
Founded in January 2018, the company currently manages over 2.4 million sq ft in India across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and now Pune.
