The SKA Group, on Wednesday, April 24, announced plans to invest an estimated INR 600 Crore in developing a premium housing project in Greater Noida. The upcoming project named ‘SKA Destiny One’ will be part of the company’s expansion strategy.
SKA Destiny One will be situated in Zeta 1 of Greater Noida and cover an anticipated 6 Acres of land. It comprises 648 residential apartments offering 3 and 4BHK premium configurations priced between INR 1.5-3 Crore. The project has a saleable area of approximately 14 Lakh-SqFt and will be 32 & 34 storeys tall. Additionally, it will feature luxury amenities such as a swimming pool, 5-star rated clubhouse, indoor badminton court, squash court, kids pool, etc.

The land for this project was acquired from the Greater Noida Development Authority, whereas the project is expected to be completed by 2029. SKA Group has already completed four housing projects, comprising 3,200 units and is currently working on two residential projects, adding 1,800 more units. Additionally, they are developing a commercial project with 600 units. These projects span across the Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad markets in Uttar Pradesh.
