Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Trust (Kolkata Port Trust) has proposed the development of a hospital at New Alipore in Kolkata. This upcoming project will empower the healthcare sector of Alipore by providing high-end healthcare facilities to the people of Alipore and nearby areas.
Project Specifications:
This project is currently under construction and will span over a land parcel of 6 acres. The proposed project shall be developed In two phases. Phase 0 will comprise the up-gradation of 101 bedded hospital to 150 bedded hospital and phase 1 shall include upgrading the same to a 300 bedded hospital with an option to develop a Medical College & further expansion. In the upcoming years, this project shall be known as one of the most equipped projects in healthcare and the educational sector.
