Som Distilleries and Breweries Ltd (SDBL) announced that its subsidiary, Woodpecker Greenagri Nutrients Pvt Ltd, will develop a greenfield project in Khimsepur, Uttar Pradesh. The plan includes a brewery, distillery, and various manufacturing facilities, with an estimated investment of 600 INR-Crore.
The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has already allocated approximately 40 Acres for this ambitious greenfield project. The company will begin construction as soon as it secures regulatory approvals from the state government.
