Three bidders, PSK Group, RR Thulasi, and SSS Hi-Tech Constructions Private Limited took part in the competition for constructing the Tidel Park IT Office at Thiruchitrambalam. After a keen assessment, Tidel Park Limited awarded the contract to SSS Hi-Tech Constructions Private Limited for civil works. At Thiruchitrambalam Village, Vanur Taluka, District Villupuram, the project is currently in the pre-construction stage.
The Tidel Park Limited, in collaboration with SSS Hi-Tech Constructions Private Limited as the contractor and Pithavadian and Partners as the design consultant, have set out to construct their main office. The project is currently in its pre-construction stage, with the construction work finishing in 2023.
The project envisages the construction of an IT office building for Tidel Park Limited, comprising an office building with a ground floor and 4 upper floors. With a construction cost of INR 31 crores, the estimated construction area of over 10,000 sq. ft.
The contract conditions (GCC, SCC) will include the technical specifications and a makes and manufacturers list. It will also include the cost for the installation of false ceiling, the installation of the plumbing pipes including the UPVC/CPVC/CPC pipes, installation of chillers/cooling units, installation of the granite and vitrified tiles for the flooring, and the cost for the installation of the stainless steel railing for the office building.
