Steelbird Hi-tech India Ltd plans to set up a new manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The company has committed an estimated 100 INR-Crore as capital expenditure (CAPEX) and plans a total investment of around 250 INR-Crore.
This advanced plant will initially produce 20,000 helmets daily. It will also create direct employment for around 2,000 individuals, contributing significantly to the region’s economy. The upcoming manufacturing facility will complement the company’s existing operations in Noida and Himachal Pradesh.

Additionally, Steelbird is planning to establish a cycle helmet manufacturing plant, projected to be operational by the second half of 2025. With state-of-the-art technology and a focus on innovation, Steelbird continues to drive excellence in the safety gear industry.
