Sun Estates Developers will launch 500 keys branded all-suite service apartments. These units, designed by internationally renowned architects, will range from 800 to 850 SqFt. This is part of the developer’s broader initiative of setting up seven hotels across North Goa. They will be strategically located within 800 to 900 meters from the beach.
These hotels will have 75-80 keys each and comprise outsourced restaurants, spas, gyms and will be operated by major branded hotel chains. Investors can purchase these units at attractive rentals for 10 + 10 years, ensuring steady revenue.

10 Boutique Mansions:
Sun Estates Developers plans to introduce 10 boutique mansions, each offering 20 to 25 keys. These boutique accommodations will be strategically located amidst the picturesque backdrop of Goa’s landscapes, including backwaters, ocean views, salt pans, and paddy fields.
Renowned boutique hotel operators will manage these mansions, providing an exclusive and luxurious experience. Select rooms will even offer private swimming pools, jacuzzis, and terraces.
300 Keys of Five-Star Luxury Hotels:
The company aims to introduce 300 keys of five-star luxury hotels, with each offering breathtaking ocean views. These hotels will be situated in the heart of North Goa, serving as the epitome of luxury and sophistication.
State-of-the-art amenities, including ballrooms, gyms, spas, and even a casino, promise guests an unparalleled experience of opulence and relaxation.
Strategic Land Acquisition:
Moreover, Sun Estates Developers is exploring innovative avenues for land acquisition. They are considering project-level Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for land acquisition, allowing investors to participate in this growth story.
