Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a subsidiary of Tata Power, has entered into a Power Delivery Agreement (PDA) with Xpro India for the development of a 3.125 MW AC group captive solar plant in Achegaon, Maharashtra. This project will be managed through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), responsible for its development, operation, and maintenance.

Over the 25-year agreement term, the project is expected to generate 161 million units of electricity and reduce approximately 51,660 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
