Tata Realty and Infrastructure aims to launch 5 Million-SqFt of office space in Bengaluru, encompassing two IT parks, with a total investment of 4,000 INR-Crore by the end of 2023. The company is presently expanding its commercial segment into cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.
The company plans to invest INR 6,000 crores to develop approximately 8 Million-SqFt of office spaces in Bengaluru and Pune while growing its commercial portfolio to 19 Million SqFt across major Indian cities in the next six years.
Bengaluru will witness the launch of at least two IT parks, covering about 30 acres in the northern part of the city (Hebbal) and the eastern IT corridor of Whitefield. The company will focus on Tier I cities for future developments, with Kolkata being an exception due to poor supply-demand dynamics in the local real estate sector.
