The Fern Hotels & Resorts recently announced the signing of five new hotels in the picturesque Kashmir Valley. These hotels aim to embrace the ethos of Kashmiri hospitality, offering guests a blend of opulence and tranquillity. Here are the key highlights:
Hotel Abraq The Fern at Dalgate, Srinagar: This hotel will have 62 keys and is already under construction. It is slated to be operational by 2025.
Hotel Zinc at Tengpora Bypass, Srinagar: With 50 keys, this hotel is also under construction and is expected to open its doors by 2026.

Additionally, The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed agreements for three other hotels in the region. These include Hotel Abraq The Fern at Pahalgam and Tangmarg (65 keys each), and Hotel Zinc at Pahalgam (65 keys). The projects are currently in the planning stage.
