The Prestige Group has planned a residential complex, “The Prestige City”, at Mulund in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This project is a high-rise luxury township. The construction work began in early 2022. L&T Constructions, a major contractor, will ensure the completion of the project by 2026. The project is a joint design venture between Neo Modern Arch and Architect Hafeez Contractor. Designed to meet all the resident’s needs, the architects, and contractor have efficiently laid out the complex.

They have followed Slum Redevelopment guidelines in the project’s design, which include residential, commercial, hospital, and rehabilitation towers. The residential complex includes two towers. Bellanza Phase 1 with three wings A, B, and C, a basement, 8 podium levels and 46-floor levels. Siesta with a basement, 9 podium levels and 45-floor levels.
The amenities facilitate community interaction and development. They include a Clubhouse, Skating Rink, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Gymnasium, Cricket Pitch/Ground, Swimming Pool and Yoga/Aerobics Studio. CCTV Surveillance ensures the safety of the residents.
