Realty developer Trehan Iris has partnered with Courtyard by Marriott, introducing the Marriott brand to the Noida region. The new hotel will be part of Iris Broadway, Greno West, a vibrant mixed-use development.
The new Courtyard by Marriott in Noida will offer 135 luxurious rooms and banquet facilities for over 2,000 guests. It is slated to open in 2027. The upcoming hotel will feature two spacious banquet halls, terraces, a swimming pool with a deck, and a floating bar. Moreover, it will provide an all-day dining with outdoor seating, adding to the experience.

Furthermore, Iris Broadway spans an anticipated 3.4 Acres in Greater Noida West’s ECOTECH-XII sector. It is being developed with an estimated investment of 400 INR-Crore. This retail-led mixed-use development will also boast a high-rise office tower. The fully air-conditioned mall will have retail outlets, gourmet dining options, and a 25,000 SqFt central atrium that will serve as a lively town square. Additionally, it will feature Golden Petals and a vertical green landscape.
