TVS ILP, the flagship of TVS Mobility Group, recently held a ground-breaking ceremony for its new warehouse in Cuttack, Odisha. This marks the company’s expansion efforts in the eastern markets.
The upcoming state-of-the-art facility will sprawl across an anticipated 24 Acres of land parcel. It will comprise two large warehouses covering nearly 5 Lakh SqFt. TVS ILP will invest an estimated INR 125 Crore in this project, which is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024.

The upcoming TVS warehouse will cater to sectors such as FMCG, FMCD, 3PL, and E-commerce. Moreover, the company remains committed to exploring similar opportunities in other Tier-2 towns in Odisha, the first player to enter the state’s national logistics park.
