MSRDC’s GST Bhavan project involves the development of the New Goods Service Tax Office Buildings including the Training Academy and Auditorium at Wadala, Mumbai.

Overview of the Project:

Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (MSRDC) is constructing a new commercial project named “GST Bhavan” in the Saltpan division of Wadala village, Ward ‘F/N’ in Greater Mumbai. The project is a Greenfield initiative that will comprise various government office buildings, including those for Maharashtra’s government amenities, GST offices, and related facilities, as well as a training academy, an auditorium, and staff quarters.

With an estimated construction cost of INR 1,470 crore, the “GST Bhavan” project encompasses a total construction area of 2,938,548 SqFt. As of April 2023, the project’s construction has commenced, and excavation work is currently underway.

P K Das & Associates is the Design Architect for the “GST Bhavan” project, whileMasters Management Consultants India Private Limited will serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Additionally, Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited (CMG) is appointed as the civil works contractor for the project by MSRDC.
