Project Specifications.

The project is spread over a land area of 10 acres and has a proposed built-up area of 668,977 square feet. The medical campus includes a 4 storey Tibbi Hospital that accommodates 200 beds, 5 storey Tibbi College that facilitates education for150 students and an Auditorium with a capacity of 500 people. Accommodation facilities include 8 storey UB Boys Hostel (400 Capacity), UG Girls Hostel (350 Capacity), PG and Intern Hostel for males (50/25 Capacity), PG & Intern Hostel for females (50/25 Capacity), Health Hut, Medicine Preparation Room, Principle Residence, Superintendent’s Residence, 24 Professor’s Residence (3 BHK), Doctor’s Residence- 2BHK ( 24 Capacity), 24 Staff’s Quarters (1 BHK) and Service Block and Convenience Centre. The sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting system help conserve water.
