Overview of Project:
Delhi Land & Finance (DLF Limited) is developing a new residential project called DLF Group Housing, located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The project envisaged the essence of comfort and luxury at the same time. It has all amenities available to give the user a grand lifestyle. The project has been granted Environmental clearance and it is currently under the excavation process. DLF Phase 5 is one of Gurgaon’s most affluent neighbourhoods, stretching all the way to corporate centers at Golf Course Road. Sector 53-54 metro station, which lies in the middle, makes it easy to connect to Delhi. It is dominated by residential apartments and boasts close access to major employment hubs and commercial areas. Another advantage is its access to world class social amenities.

Accordingly, the developer is planning to build on a land area of 7.57 acres and approximately has a development potential of 2512060 sq. ft. built-up area. The construction cost of the proposed project is INR 628 Crore. The land falls under the residential zone as per the Development Plan of Gurugram-Manesar Plan 2031.
This newly proposed project comprises 4 Residential Blocks which include 4 Basement + Ground Floor + 33 Upper Floors. In total, 520 Apartments are proposed to be built and within the project provided parking is 1,615 ECS (Equivalent Car Spaces). The development of Green belt and other landscaping will enhance the visual aesthetics of the area. Along with the internal parks and lawns, the green belt would be constructed along the project’s perimeter. About 30% of the total plot area is earmarked for landscaping. The project will not cause any disturbance to the local ecology and will have an overall positive impact on the existing land use. and rainwater harvesting is suggested n order to conserve water.

Gurgaon Railway Station is the nearest railway station, located 11 km far from the project site in NW direction. Indira Gandhi International Airport is the Nearest airport at a distance of approximately 10.3 km from the project site in North direction. Roads, railways, and many other routes are also available, allowing homeowners to travel seamlessly. Also, the property locality is well-equipped with social infrastructure facilities such as well-educational institutes, hospitals, transportation facilities, water supply and sanitation facilities, communication facilities, markets, banks, cultural amenities and so on.
