GHR Infra is actively developing a Residential Project named Callisto at Sy. 267(P) & 266(P) Kollur, Tellapur, Hyderabad. The land area covered by the project is 8.57 Acres, with a total construction area of 1,942,541 SqFt. The estimated construction cost of the project is 874 INR-Crore.
The project involves the construction of four towers with 18 floors each and a clubhouse. As of August 2023, construction activities are underway with distinct progress in various towers. Tower 1 advances as the first-floor construction is currently in progress. Towers 3 and 4 witness ongoing basement work, while for Tower 2, the construction work is yet to commence.
Studio Infinite LLP is serving as the Design Architect, while ASA Consultants is the structural engineering consultant for this project. Synergy Infra Consultants Private Limited will be responsible for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works of the project. The project’s interior design will be executed by Aamir and Hameeda Interior Designers (AANDH).
