Rustomjee Group recently launched a luxury residential project named Verdant Vistas in Thane in collaboration with Keppel. The upcoming project will feature 440 units and is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of 1,750 INR-Crore. This marks Rustomjee’s first luxury venture in Thane.
Verdant Vistas will consist of two buildings. The first tower will have 176 flats, while the second building will offer 264 flats. The project includes 3BHK units, ranging from 1,100-1,300 SqFt, and 4BHK units, spanning 1,750-2,250 SqFt. The spacious apartments will boast large sundecks as well as lush green views. Additionally, every unit will feature decks with breathtaking creek views.

Verdant Vistas will provide more than 25 luxurious amenities spread across three floors.
