Gujarat government has signed 39 MoUs worth 18,486 INR-Crore as a part of the government’s weekly initiative to ink MoUs with various industries. In preparation for the Vibrant Summit, the State Department of Urban Development has recently entered into an MoU with Real Estate Developers with a focus on smart and sustainable city development.
Eight developers signed the MoUs with the State government in presence of the Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. The MoUs worth an estimated combined value of 7459.68 INR-Crore were signed for commercial and residential projects across metropolitan cities in Gujarat like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Surat.

The estimated completion period for these projects is between 2026 and 2028, and the construction will start soon. The state government expects to bring a potential investment of 660 INR-Crore through these projects and create approximately 4700 job opportunities.
