VVIP Group invests 800 INR-Crore in Luxury Housing Project in Greater Noida

VVIP Group, a prominent realty firm, has announced an investment of approximately 800 INR-Crore to develop a luxury housing project in Greater Noida. Named ‘VVIP Addresses,’ the ultra-luxury development is located in Sector 12. The project aims to cater to the rising demand for premium residences in the region.

The development spans an anticipated 5 Acres and will feature over 350 premium residential units in a single-phase construction. Additionally, the units are priced between 3.49 – 6 INR-Crore, targeting affluent buyers seeking high-end living spaces. The project reflects the growing trend of luxury housing, driven by buyers’ preferences for opulence, comfort, and connectivity.
