Welspun One has recently unveiled India’s largest single-location Grade A warehousing and industrial park at the JNPA Special Economic Zone in Navi Mumbai. The ambitious 2,700 INR-Crore investment marks a significant milestone in India’s logistics sector.
This state-of-the-art facility, developed in collaboration with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), features an annual throughput capacity of 36,000 TEUs. Additionally, it offers over 400,000 pallet positions and parking space for more than 600 trucks.

Originally planned as a 1.2 Million-SqFt, the company has now upscaled the size of the project to around 4.45 Million-SqFt of built-up area across an anticipated 55 Acres. The warehousing and industrial project by Welspun is expected to create over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs, fueling local economic growth.
