WSB Partners plans to invest over INR 1,200 Cr for warehousing foray

Alternative asset manager WSB Real Estate Partners (WSB) plans to venture into the warehousing sector with an estimated investment of INR 1,200 Crore over the next two years. These investments will cover nearly 4 Mn SqFt land area.

WSB’s maiden warehousing park is proposed to come up at the industrial cluster in the west Gurugram region, on NH-71, Delhi NCR. It will occupy approximately 16 Acres of land parcel with a construction area of 3,60,000 SqFt. The company will invest an estimated INR 110 Crore for this development in partnership with Panattoni. The project is scheduled to be completed by March 2025.

Additionally, the company expects to sign 3-4 deals in the warehousing sector with an investment of nearly INR 500-700 Crore in the upcoming months. WSB’s institutional investment manager is in discussions with several developers across key metro cities such as MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Bangalore for warehousing projects.
