YEIDA Headquarters worth INR 350 Crore to be built in Sector 18

YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) plans to develop its headquarters in Sector 18 of the Yamuna Expressway. The authority will develop the project over an anticipated 7 Acres of land at an estimated construction cost of INR 350 Crore.

YEIDA Headquarters will be located nearly 10 km from the upcoming Noida International Airport. The proposed building will be a 6-storey structure. Additionally, four zonal offices will be built at an estimated INR 80 Crore. An Acre of land has been allotted in Sectors 17, 29, 22E, and 22D for the zonal offices. Each zone will have a capacity to accommodate nearly 100-125 employees.

Moreover, the headquarters will incorporate sustainability and green principles. Sikka Associates and DK & Associates are jointly developing the project. The ground floor of YEIDA Headquarters will house the public dealing and marketing sections. It will also house conference and meeting rooms. The upper floors will accommodate staff members, with specific floors reserved for the offices of the YEIDA chairman, CEO, and additional CEOs.

The tenders for the selection of contractors will be floated after the elections. Construction is expected to start in September with a completion deadline of 12-18 months.
