Yugen Infra to invest 2,000 INR-Crore to develop Golf City Township in Goa

Delhi-NCR-based Yugen Infra will invest an estimated 2,000 INR-Crore to develop Golf township named ‘Golf City’ and a luxury villa project, ‘La Mandre’, in Goa.  

Golf City will span an anticipated 500 Acres near the New Goa International Airport in Mopa. This township will feature over 50 private pool luxury villas and spacious plots. Additionally, it will boast a nine-hole golf course and a five-star resort with 150 keys, managed by Cygnett Hotels and Resorts. Yugen Infra plans to invest 2,000 INR-Crore in Golf City, expecting a 3,000 INR-Crore topline.

Meanwhile, the La Mandre villa project will have 13 luxury villas spread across an 8000 SqFt land parcel near Mandrem Beach in North Goa. The plot size of these villas will range from 215 to 590 SqM.  The company will allocate around 60 INR-Crore, with a projected revenue of around 100 INR-Crore for this development.
