Ajmera Cityscapes, on Wednesday, November 22, announced the launch of its new luxury housing project, Ajmera Downtown, at Marine Lines in Mumbai. The project occupies 3,500,000 SqFt of land parcel and features a 48-story modern-luxury tower. It is scheduled to be completed by 2027.
The proposed project offers 1, 2 & 3 BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 440 SqFt, 560 SqFt, and 870 SqFt, respectively. The project is designed with a focus on modern living, delivering the ultimate comfort and style. It will include luxury amenities such as two infinity swimming pools, a rooftop sky lounge, a gym, open spaces, a robotic parking system, EV charging stations, and solar power backup amongst others.

Jesal Ajmera, Director of Ajmera Cityscapes, said the downtown project will offer ‘serenity for the soul and inspiration for the mind.’ Ajmera Downtown is the first high-rise development in the area, located at Marine Lines, offering ultra-modern amenities at a height of 154 meters. Ajmera Cityscapes aims to provide residences where luxury meets value.
