Raheja Modern Vivarea features two meticulously designed residential towers with attractive facades, magnificent and unhindered views of the Mahalaxmi racecourse, golf course, and the Arabian Sea; international-style luxurious amenities spread across multiple levels (Ground, podium, and terrace level), including multipurpose court, mini theatre, 8 ft deep sky deck, gym, cricket area, health cafe; and pre-certified Gold-rated IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Green homes.
The project’s landscape is derived from the Mondrian pattern specially designed to display three distinct colours all year round. It is conceptualized as a dynamic juxtaposition of linear angles and a central circle.
