M3M to invest INR 700 Crore in Noida project

M3M India, a leading real estate developer, plans to invest an estimated INR 700 Crore in developing luxury Retail and Pentsuites under a commercial project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company will invest INR 250 Crore for land acquisition and INR 450 Crore for project construction.

The upcoming project will cover nearly 3 Acres of land parcel with 550,000 SqFt dedicated to retail spaces, 350,000 SqFt for studio apartments, and 900,000 SqFt as a saleable area.

The ultra-luxurious studio apartments project, named ‘M3M The LINE Pentsuites‘, will have units with an area of 800-900 SqFt. It will also have a 300,000 SqFt clubhouse accessible to tenants.

The luxury-retail project will be called ‘M3M The LINE Avenue‘ and will have approximately 300 units ranging between 250-11,000 SqFt in area. It will also have double-heightened retail stores on the ground floor.

Recently, M3M had also made an estimated investment of INR 4,000 Crore in ‘M3M The Cullinan‘, a commercial project in sector 94 of Noida. The project sprawls across 13 Acres of land parcel with 4 Mn SqFt of saleable area. The company aims to generate an estimated revenue of INR 6,000 Crore through this project.
