One FNG is a commercial real estate project being developed by Group 108 in sector 142 of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida. The project is located on the FNG Expressway adjoining the Noida Expressway. It is designed to offer ‘Grade A’ office spaces for world-class businesses and top companies.
The project will be developed over 14.46 acres of land parcel with a 3,045,760 SqFt construction area. The estimated construction cost of the project is 1,142 INR crore and involves the construction of IT/ ITeS offices and high-street retail spaces of various sizes. The scope of work includes the construction of two commercial towers and a retail block.
ACPL Design Limited is the design architect of the project, while Vintech Consultants is the structural engineering consultant. V Consulting is the MEP consultant, and Sahvia Facade is the facade consultant.
Recent Updates:
As of December 2023, the foundation work is in progress. The project is anticipated to be completed within four years.
