The Public Works Department, Maharashtra (PWD) is constructing a Government Medical College in Chincholi Shivar, Jalgaon which involves the construction of a Medical college block, a Hospital block, as well as various other buildings such as Staff/Faculty Residences, Hostels, Medical/Non-Medical services, and sports indoor complex.
With an estimated construction cost of INR 429 Crore, the total built-up area of the project is 1,061,752 SqFt. HSCC India Limited is the project management consultant (PMC), while Nyati Group is the General turnkey contractor for this project.
As of September 2023, the footing work is completed and slab casting work is in progress.
