The project involves the construction of a commercial office complex by Hines & DLF JV in Gurugram, Haryana.

Overview of the Project:

Hines, the international real estate firm, and DLF, the largest publicly listed real estate company in India, are actively developing Atrium Place, a Grade A+ office project in Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The project involves constructing 5 buildings, each with 5 basements, a ground floor, and 21 upper floors.

Spanning 11.76 acres, the project will progress in phases, with Phase I encompassing 2,550,000 SqFt. The anticipated construction cost of the project is INR 994 Crore. As of September 2023, the 15th-floor slab work is in progress for all the blocks. 

Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects is serving as the Design Architect while Gleeds Hooloomann Consulting India Limited (GHC) is the Project Management Consultant for this project.
