Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, has acquired a 4-acre land parcel in Bangalore on an outright basis. The real estate developer plans to develop a premium residential project over the land with an anticipated revenue potential of INR 1,000 Crore.
The project is nestled within well-developed commercial and social infrastructure and is strategically located on NH-75 in Yeshwanthpur close to the Goraguntepalya and Peenya Metro stations. It has a development potential of approximately 0.7 Mn SqFt of saleable area comprising premium apartments of various configurations.

Godrej Properties also recently launched a luxury residential project in Sector 49 of Gurugram named ‘Godrej Aristocrat‘ and has already sold inventories of nearly INR 2,600 Crore. The developer claims that the project is the most successful launch ever in terms of sales achieved, surpassing Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida with sales of over INR 2,000 Crores.
