Overview of the Project:
Godrej Properties Limited is actively developing a residential project near Aerospace Park in Gummanahalli, Bangalore, named “Godrej Ananda”. The project is strategically located along the rapidly emerging Tech corridor and is well connected with the ring road. Currently, Godrej has launched the third phase of this project scheduled to be delivered by 2025.
The overall project involves the construction of ten residential towers spanning across 20 acres of land parcel with a construction area of 2,257,117 SqFt. The estimated construction cost of the project is 1,083 INR-Crore. The project is being developed in a phased manner with phase I launched in 2021. Phase II of the project involves three residential buildings named ‘Bliss’, while the last four residential towers in Phase III are named ‘Soul’.
RSP Design Consultants India Private Limited is the design Architect, while Prasad Consultant is the Structural engineering consultant for this project.

As of November 2023, Cumulative 25% of construction work has been completed.
