The upcoming hotel will be the first palatial hotel in the vicinity, sprawling across an anticipated 5 Acres of land parcel along the banks of the River Sarayu. The 100-key hotel will see an estimated investment of INR 450 Crore and is anticipated to be fully operational by March 2028.

The remaining four hotels will be built around the same theme and will be financed at a similar level.
