Raymond Group announces 1st project in MMR at Bandra, targeting INR 2,000 Crore

Raymond Realty, the real estate arm of the Raymond Group, on Tuesday, February 20, announced the launch of its first residential project beyond Thane, at Bandra (East) in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region). The project named ‘The Address by GS, Bandra’ will occupy an anticipated 2.74 Acres of land parcel and is estimated to have a revenue potential of INR 2000 Crore.

The upcoming gated community project will have an approximate construction area of 0.7 Mn SqFt and will include 2, 3, and 4 BHK luxury residential apartments. The project involves the redevelopment of 10 buildings at an estimated cost of INR 2000 Crore. It will be well-connected with prime areas in MMR such as BKC (Bandra-Kurla Complex) and Bandra-Worli Sealink and include 20-storey residential towers along with 30 amenities.

The Address by GS, Bandra will feature a 16,000 SqFt clubhouse as well as exclusive high-street retail space. The project is anticipated to be completed by January 2030 and will be inspired by Portuguese architecture. It will offer a unique blend of modern comforts and timeless design aesthetics, said Gautam Hari Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Group.
