Rajapushpa Properties Pvt Ltd, the renowned real-estate developer, is coming up with an ultra-luxury gated community project, named Rajapushpa Casa Luxura (also called Rajapushpa Neopolis) at the burgeoning destination of Neopolis, in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project envisages the construction of five high-rise residential towers sprawling across 7.7 Acres of land parcel.
The residential development will have a total built-up area of 4,011,139 SqFt and an estimated construction cost of INR 1,403 Crore. It will offer premium 4 BHK apartments with meticulously designed landscapes and modern luxury amenities sprawled across three levels including stilt-level amenities, amenities on the sky deck, and a clubhouse.
Genesis Planners Private Limited is serving as the design architect of the project. As of January 2024, the excavation work is in progress.
