The retail area of the project will include a ground plus two-storey structure spread across a saleable area of nearly 7 Lakh-SqFt. Omaxe Group will maintain the retail space on a leasehold basis for over 99 years. It expects a revenue potential of an estimated INR 2,500 Crore through the sale of these retail units. The overall project will be built and maintained by the developer for 30 years, which will be handed over to DDA thereafter.
