Real estate developer, Brigade Group has entered into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Brigade Tetrarch Private Limited. The company plans to develop a commercial space on Old Airport Road in Bengaluru. The estimated investment for this project is INR 750 Crore.
The proposed commercial development by Brigade Tetrarch will boast an anticipated 1.4 Million-SqFt of leasable area. Moreover, it is expected to generate an annual lease income of an estimated INR 100 Crore. This project demonstrates Brigade Group’s unwavering commitment to creating world-class, tech-enabled commercial spaces.
