Atmosphere Core has entered a Hotel Management Agreement with N Kumar Group Nagpur to develop two luxurious properties. Located in Nagpur, the golf resort named ‘Eden Greenz by Atmosphere Nagpur’, is set to open in Q1 2025. Following that, a city-center hotel named ‘Atmosphere Nagpur’ will debut in Q3 2025.
Eden Greenz by Atmosphere Nagpur boasts 105 luxurious rooms, including family, honeymoon, and presidential suites. Each room offers breathtaking views of a stunning 9-hole golf course and lush greenery. Moreover, the resort will elevate the experience with an all-day diner featuring alfresco service, a specialty restaurant, a bakery and café in the lobby, a themed bar, and a two-level nightclub.
Atmosphere Core will also introduce the award-winning ELENA spa brand, creating a tranquil spa and wellness center inspired by nature. Additionally, it offers around 20,000 SqFt of indoor event space and expansive outdoor venues, making it an ideal location for meetings, private celebrations, and weddings.
