The upcoming IT office building will feature a ground floor, followed by 12 impressive additional floors, and a stylish terrace. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 5.34 Lakh-SqFt. The project is expected to be completed within 16 months of commencement. Sprawling an anticipated 5.6 Acres of land parcel, it will cater to the burgeoning IT and business sectors in the region.
Moreover, the scope of work involves civil construction, interior finishing, and comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. Additionally, it includes various allied development tasks. Edifice Consultants Pvt Ltd serves as the design architect for this project while Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd is the Project Management Consultant (PMC).
As of October 2024, the contract has been awarded to BNR Infrastructure Projects Pvt Ltd for civil works.
