Godrej Properties has secured three adjoining plots in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company plans to develop a housing project with an estimated revenue potential of 3,500 INR-Crore.
The plots acquired by Godrej are located in the prime Sector 5-A of Kharghar and span across an anticipated 6.54 Acres of land parcel. Additionally, it offers a development potential of around 2 Million-SqFt.

Earlier, between July and September, Godrej Properties acquired six new land parcels. These acquisitions aim to deliver housing projects worth an estimated 9,650 INR-Crore. With this momentum, the company continues to strengthen its presence in Mumbai’s booming real estate market.
