Pokarna Ltd announced on Tuesday, November 12, that its subsidiary, Pokarna Engineered Stone Ltd (PESL), is investing an estimated 440 INR-Crore to expand its facility in Mekaguda, Telangana.
By the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year, PESL will add a substantial 8.1 Lakh-SqM of capacity. This strategic move aims to meet the rising global demand for premium quartz surfaces. It also focuses on elevating production capacity and streamlining operational efficiency.

Furthermore, the new production line is expected to be operational by March 2026. Additionally, the facility will feature its third Bretonstone production line, supplied by the esteemed Breton SpA of Italy. With this expansion, Pokarna is poised to strengthen its foothold in the premium quartz surfaces market in Telangana.
