Cabinet approves 21 Ha land to establish research center in Bhopal

The state cabinet approved the allocation of an anticipated 21.494 Hectares in Bhauri village, Bhopal district, to the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) for a Solar and Renewable Energy Research Center. 

With a focus on advancing solar technology, the new research center in Bhopal will aim to boost solar cell efficiency and reduce energy loss. Additionally, it will support world-class research in other renewable sources, including wind energy.

Furthermore, the cabinet decided to expand the manufacturing zone for renewable and electrical energy equipment in the Mohasa-Babai industrial area, Narmadapuram district. Moreover, this expansion added approximately 214.42 Acres increasing the designated land to a total of around 441.96 Acres.
