The upcoming luxury residential project is being developed at an estimated construction cost of INR 560 Crore and will have a development area of approximately 1,243,119 SqFt. The project involves the construction of ground with two residential-story mansions alongside premium amenities such as a 50,000 SqFt luxe clubhouse, a swimming pool with a pool-side party lawn, a multipurpose hall, a business lounge, a banquet hall, an outdoor fitness area, a gym with steam and sauna, among others.
NA Architects (Niroop Associates) is serving as the design architect for this project, whereas Design Tree Service Consultants Private Limited has been appointed as the structural engineering consultant.
As of March 2024, 25% cumulative work on the project has been completed.
